Free Plan

The Free plan is always available:

• Invite unlimited people
• Create unlimited plans
• Basic RSVP tracking
• Plan chat
• Mobile app access

Free is perfect for personal calendars and small groups.

Paid Plans

Paid plans add features for organizations and businesses:

• Advanced member roles and permissions
• Organization branding
• Multiple calendar management
• Advanced analytics
• Priority support
• Integration features

Pricing varies by plan type. Check joinleaf.com for current rates.

How Billing Works

• Monthly or annual billing (annual gives a discount)
• Billed on the same day each month
• Cancel anytime
• No long-term contracts

Upgrade to Paid

1. Go to account or organization settings
2. Click Billing or Upgrade
3. Choose your plan and billing frequency
4. Enter payment information
5. Your subscription starts immediately

You'll have full access to paid features right away.

View Your Subscription

1. Go to account settings
2. Click Billing
3. You'll see:
   • Current plan
   • Next billing date
   • Payment method
   • Billing history
